How much does a project cost and how is the value calculated?
Each project is unique and the investment varies according to the area, type of service, complexity, level of detail, and the needs of each client. After an initial conversation and gathering information about the property or land, we prepare a personalized proposal with the scope, stages, deadlines, and values clearly defined.
What is included in the project?
The scope is defined according to each contract. A project may include needs assessment, preliminary study, layout, architectural design, detailing, 3D images, material specifications, furniture, lighting, and other information necessary to guide execution. Everything included will be presented beforehand in the commercial proposal.
How long does it take from start to delivery?
The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller projects can be developed in a few weeks, while more complete projects may require a few months. Before work begins, we present an estimated schedule for each stage.
Do you oversee the construction?
Yes. Construction oversight can be contracted according to the client's needs and the location of the project. We can conduct technical site visits, clarify questions during execution, verify project details, and assist in communication with suppliers and professionals involved.
Do you serve my city? Do you provide online services?
Yes. We provide in-person services in Balneário Camboriú and the surrounding region, and we also develop remote projects for other cities and states. Meetings, presentations, reviews, and a large part of the development can be carried out online, allowing for an organized process even when the client and the office are in different cities.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are defined in the commercial proposal and can be divided according to the project development stages. This way, the investment follows the progress of the work, and the entire process remains more organized and transparent.
Do you recommend construction companies, carpentry, and suppliers?
Yes. When necessary, we can recommend professionals, suppliers, carpentry shops, construction companies, and service providers compatible with the project's profile. The client remains free to request other quotes and choose the professionals of their preference.
How many revisions can I request?
The number of revisions is defined in each project's proposal. During the creation stages, specific moments are scheduled for presentation, comments, and adjustments, ensuring that key decisions are made together before we move on to the final details.
Can I use furniture I already have?
Yes. Whenever it makes sense for the project, existing furniture, objects, artwork, or equipment can be incorporated into the new proposal. During the initial survey, we evaluate dimensions, style, condition, and the best way to integrate them into the new environment.
Do you only do consulting or just one room?
Yes. Not every project needs to involve an entire property. We can also develop consulting services, specific studies, renovations, or projects for just one room, such as a living room, kitchen, bedroom, office, condominium hall, or commercial area.
Do I need to already have the property or the land?
Not necessarily. We can assist from the initial stages, including the analysis of land or properties before purchase. A feasibility study can help understand the construction potential, legal limitations, and possibilities of use before making a decision.
Do you handle city hall and condominium approvals?
Yes, this service can be part of the contract. Depending on the project, we can develop the necessary documentation for approval by the city hall, condominium, or other responsible bodies, in addition to monitoring the adjustments requested during the process.
